Zoya Lovely Spring 2013 Preview

Zoya zeigt uns einen ersten Blick auf die Frühjahrskollektion Lovely. Besonders die Farbe Piaf sticht mir ins Auge denn ich liebe gelben Nagellack :) Freut ihr euch auch schon so auf den Frühling?

Polka dot design / Pünktchenmuster

Moin Moin,
schon oft habe ich dieses süße Pünktchenmuster gesehen und heute wollte ich es selbst einmal versuchen. Für mich war es schwer. Ich konnte die pinken Pünktchen kaum auf dem pinken Stempel sehen und dann wollten die kleinen Biester nicht auf dem Nagel haften bleiben. Ich bin nicht glücklich mit dem Ergebnis aber ich wollte unbedingt etwas posten ;) 
Außerdem kann man leider nicht die schönen Schimmerpartikel des Zoya Lackes sehen.
Habt ihr gute oder schlechte Erfahrung mit dem Pünktchenmuster auf der m79 Platte? Oder bin ich einfach zu doof dafür? Über Kommentare würde ich mich echt freuen.

often I have seen this sweet polka dot pattern and today I wanted to try it out. It was difficult for me. Hardly I couldn't see the pink dots on the pink stamp and then the little beasts didn't want to stay on the nails. I'm not happy with the result but I wanted to post something necessarily :) Also you can`t see the beautiful shimmer particles of this Zoya lacquer.
Did you have good or bad experience with the polka dot pattern on the m79 plate? Or am I too stupid for it? Every comment would make me really happy.

Saran wrap Method(e)

auch wenn ich versuche diesen Blog bilingual zu gestalten verweigere ich mich heute bei der deutschen Übersetzung des Themas denn die deutsche Sprache ist nicht nur schwer sie ist auch oft hässlich. "Saran wrap method" bedeutet auf deutsch "Frischhaltefolie Methode". Ich habe mich also auf "Saran wrap Methode(e)" geeinigt :) 
Heute zeige ich euch meinen ersten Versuch damit.

today I show you my first experience using the saran wrap method :)

Für diese Maniküre habe ich folgende Lacke benutzt: 
For this manicure I've used these nail polishes:

• Zoya - Zara
• ORLY - Out of this world

Den Effekt erhält man ganz einfach. Zuerst lackiert man sich die Nägel und lässt diese trocknen. Hier habe ich "Zara" von Zoya benutzt. Dann gibt man eine Schickt eines anderen Lackes darüber (ORLY - "Out of this world") und tupft mit zerknüllter Frischhaltefolie über den noch feuchten Lack. Nach dem Trocknen noch eine Schicht Überlack darüber und fertig ist man.   


To get the effect it is very easy. First you lacquer your nails in a base color and let it dry. Here I've used "Zara" by Zoya. Then you take another color over it (ORLY - "Out of this world") and dab over the moist polish with crumpled saran wrap. One coat of top coat and you're finished.

Je unterschiedlicher die Lacke sind desto auffälliger ist das Design. Für meinen ersten Versuch habe ich mich bewusst für eine subtilere Variante entschieden.

The more diverse the nail polishes are the more notable is the design. For my first try I wanted a subtile variant.  

Der supersüße Schildkrötenring ist übrigens von meiner Schwester Ike. Ich liebe ihn und werde ihn hier noch öfter zeigen :)

The super sweet turtle ring is from my sister Ike. I love it and I'll show it often here :)
